Here’s what we plan to eat this week, with the exception of Friday because we’ll be away for our babymoon 🙂
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, steamed broccoli, half avocado
Lunch:Â Grass-fed flat iron steak, these delish potatoes and asparagus
Snack:Â Gluten free graham crackers with peanut butter
Dinner:Â Out: bday dinner!
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado.
Lunch: Leftover steak over salad
Snack:Â Apple + almond butter with sprinkle of cinnamon
Dinner:Â Grilled chicken sausage and roasted cauliflower
WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado or this healthy shake!
Lunch:Â Grilled chicken breast over salad with Primal Kitchen’s caesar dressing
Snack:Â Cucumber and carrots with guacamole
Dinner:Â Baked salmon with shaved brussels sprouts and Alexia waffle fries
THURSDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado
Lunch:Â Ground beef tacos with cilantro, radish and guacamole (on Siete Foods tortillas)
Snack:Â Baby carrots and handful of macadamia nuts
Dinner: BBQ chicken breast with grilled eggplant, asparagus and onion
FRIDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado with sausage
Lunch:Â Out: Babymoon!
Dinner:Â Out: Babymoon!
