This week on my Instagram Stories I’m posting videos from workouts I’m doing this week! I know it’s helpful to see an exercise being done rather than just reading about it, but I also want to write the week up here for you guys. It helps hold me accountable to actually do said workouts and it can give you a little plan for the week too!
Monday:
Strength Training:
Warm-up
Barbell front squat
Half kneeling overhead press
Bentover row
Leg lower
Repeat 3 sets, then run around block (.3 miles) or do medium intensity cardio for a few minutes
Tuesday:
Sprints:
Warm-up
Sprint 60 yards (or for 8 seconds)
Walk 1 minute
Repeat 8 times
Wednesday:
Strength Training:
Warm-up
Barbell deadlift
Push-up
Side-plank resets
Repeat 5 sets, then:
Reverse lunge
Sit-ups
Chin-ups
Thursday:
Sprints:
Warm-up
Slow jog, 2 minutes
10 second sprint
Repeat 10 times
Friday:
Stretching + long dog walk
Saturday:
Metabolic:
20 kettlebell swings
1 turkish get up on each side
Mountain climbers
Repeat 5 times
