While I do some sort of workout, movement or stretching almost every day of the week there are definitely some weeks that feel better than others. I’m sure it varies upon a bunch of factors including mood, weather, sleep, nutrition etc. but I feel like this week was a pretty good one so I wanted to share it with y’all!
Monday:
Barbell back squats 5×5
KB overhead press 5×5 ea
Then:
Walking lunges 3x10ea
Plank hold 30 sec
DB Bent over row 3x10ea
Tuesday:
Elevated bridges (upper body stays on floor, heels on bench) 5×15
Tricep push ups 5×10 (hands elevated on bench)
Side plank resets 5×8 each
Wednesday:
Jog around block (.3 miles)
Single leg deadlift with KB 4×6 ea
Bicep curls 4×10
TRX tricep extension 4×10
Thursday:
Walk with Mike & the dogs
Friday:
DB squat press 5×5
Chin-up 5×1 (2 reps on the first 2 sets)
Then:
Mountain climbers 3×30 sec
Ab wheel rollouts 3×6
All of these were pretty quick, 30 minutes at most, and as of today my tush, abs and arms are nicely sore. Mission accomplished 😉
