Another week, another meal plan. I’m pretty excited for the steak fajitas on Tuesday night! Still searching for new meal ideas so if you have any please leave them in the comments 🙂
MONDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado
Lunch: Out – chicken and cauliflower tacos, chips and guacamole
Snack: Almond milk yogurt with organic blueberries
Dinner: Chicken sausage with sautéed kale, charred broccoli and avocado
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado
Lunch: Leftover chicken sausage over a salad with tomato, avocado, cucumber and arugula
Snack: Organic raspberries, handful of cashews and walnuts
Dinner: These sheet pan steak fajitas….looks so good!
WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: 2 Vital Farm’s eggs, sautéed spinach or kale or steamed broccoli, 1/2 avocado or this healthy shake!
Lunch: Leftover steak on almond flour tortillas (Siete Foods) with guacamole
Snack: Sheep’s milk cheese and gluten free crackers
Dinner: Salmon, green beans and roasted potatoes
