Having workouts planned out has got to be the most effective tool for getting results. It’s so much easier to have a program to follow and get in and out of the gym. There are two workouts I’ve been doing on repeat lately because they get my heart rate up, make my butt, abs and shoulders sore enough to know I’ve worked them and they’re quick!
Workout #1
– Goblet Squat 10x
– Push ups (modify if needed) 8-10x
– Mountain climbers 25 sec
– Barbell reverse lunge (or hold weights at your sides) 6x ea
– Side plank resets 10x ea side (these make my abs burn like crazy!)
– Bent over row 10x ea
*Repeat the above circuit 3-4 times, rest as needed between sets
Workout #2
– KB deadlift 10x
– Barbell (or dumbbell) overhead press 10x
– Cardio sprint (run down block, elliptical, rower) 1 min
*Repeat the above circuit 3 times, rest as needed between sets
Then….
– Step up to bench 10x ea (weights held at sides)
– Chin ups 1-2x (use band for assistance if needed)
– Single arm plank hold 15 sec ea
*Repeat the above circuit 3 times, rest as needed between sets

I wear them when working out and also throughout the day when I’m in leggings and sneakers (aka all of the time) and running errands!
