Ingredients

cup
unsweetened nut milk
I usually use almond or cashew milk

big handful
organic kale or spinach
1/4
cup
chopped melon
I used cantaloupe but honeydew would also be good! Can chop and freeze ahead of time for convenience and to thicken the smoothie

teaspoon
organic matcha powder
Can use up to 1tsp, see what amount feels best for your body

tablespoons
collagen powder
(my favorite brand is below)

avocado
Or 1T. coconut oil – yay healthy fats! Avocado makes the smoothie really creamy, but coconut oil is yummy too!

chia seeds
1/4 – 1/2
teaspoon
raw honey
Optional, to sweeten a bit more!
Instructions
Add the above ingredients to a blender with ice, and blend!
