Matcha Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1cup unsweetened nut milkI usually use almond or cashew milk
  • 1big handful organic kale or spinach
  • 1/4cup chopped melonI used cantaloupe but honeydew would also be good! Can chop and freeze ahead of time for convenience and to thicken the smoothie
  • 1/2teaspoon organic matcha powderCan use up to 1tsp, see what amount feels best for your body
  • 2tablespoons collagen powder(my favorite brand is below)
  • 1/4 avocadoOr 1T. coconut oil – yay healthy fats! Avocado makes the smoothie really creamy, but coconut oil is yummy too!
  • 1tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 – 1/2teaspoon raw honeyOptional, to sweeten a bit more!
Instructions
  1. Add the above ingredients to a blender with ice, and blend!
